XCD makes HR & Payroll information securely and reliably accessible to stakeholders across an organisation through custom profile and permission settings and robust application programming interfaces (APIs).

The One platform solution uses simple, powerful, and secure APIs. XCD supports all standard APIs, allowing integration with applications already in use within your organisation.

Unlike many standard Salesforce integrations, XCD integrations are managed via Enterprise Service Bus and provides fully auditable event tracking.

 

Key capabilities:

  • Salesforce.com integrations, including: Single Sign-on, Outlook and Google mail and Active Directory
  • Manage your people data in a single org: XCD is the only UK based HR & Payroll provider on the Salesforce.com platform. XCD can interface with Salesforce apps you already use (or wish to in the future) such as FinancialForce PSA, Docusign and Nintex.
  • XCD Reports: Custom reports can be scheduled or exported in CSV format from XCD for bulk upload. This is a common method used to support systems where APIs might not be available from a third party provider. In addition, XCD can also support a bulk data import where required.
