Condeco moves HRMS onto Salesforce with XCD

Following a competitive tendering process, XCD was selected as the preferred partner to implement and deliver a suite of HR management tools including core HR modules, recruitment and onboarding, as well as performance management.
As existing users of the Salesforce platform, Condeco stipulated Salesforce integration as a key capability in their chosen HRMS partner. XCD is a Salesforce-native application and was able to demonstrate seamless integration with both Salesforce and non-Salesforce tools, based on web standards and API interfaces.
Amongst organisations with an existing Salesforce stack, XCD allows for fast and easy implementation compared to non-Salesforce HRMS solutions. Additional benefits also include leverage of existing platform skills among IT and system admin teams, and easy adoption for employees who already possess knowledge of the platform.
