World Maritime University joins XCD community

We’d like to welcome the World Maritime University (WMU) to our growing XCD customer community.

A specialised United Nations agency, WMU is the UN’s premier centre of excellence for maritime postgraduate education, research, capacity building and economic development.

Their HR team had clear objectives, including:

  • Improve HR service levels and system user experience
  • Revamp and digitise paper-based performance management processes
  • Bring recruitment and onboarding onto a solution that would allow automation and eliminate the manual admin burden

To do this, they sought a flexible HMRS that would allow them to refine their processes as they grow, and a system that would operate seamlessly as part of their Salesforce stack, which includes Salesforce-native PSA and finance applications.

Naturally, as a Salesforce-native application and Financialforce ReadyApp partner, XCD offers this flexibility, as well as sophisticated options for integration.

And based on Salesforce’s user interface, XCD’s user experience will already be familiar to WMU employees.

Our system experts will now work closely with WMU to bring their HR & Payroll onto Salesforce with the XCD application, and they will support the design of new digitised processes for performance management, recruitment and onboarding that reflect the unique challenges and objectives of the organisation.
