Andy Bray brings a wealth of experience gained from his previous senior leadership roles within the Microsoft and Sage channels. His expertise is centred on product development and enhancing the customer experience. With his leadership, the company is poised to embark on its next exciting phase of growth and innovation.

Paul has been part of technology industry for over 25 years and the Salesforce ecosystem since 2013, working for a variety of leading companies including FinancialForce and Experian. He is passionate about the Salesforce platform and lean agile development. As CTO Paul is responsible for all aspects of product development and xcd’s overall technology strategy.

Beverly is MCIPD qualified and draws from over 25 years HR generalist experience developed within multi-national and start-up organisations, but always in the technology space. Beverly’s experience spans across all HR disciplines which enable her to meet her responsibility on delivering xcd’s full HR lifecycle and DPO duties. Of duty, you’ll find Beverly chaperoning musical theatre events or working towards the perfect cottage garden.

Dan brings over 12 years of experience in the HR & Recruitment Tech space. He has a deep understanding of the industry and a track record of success in both Customer Success and Sales roles. Throughout his career, he has grown teams in both large corporate companies and startups, honing his ability to navigate complex organisations and deliver results.

With his unique blend of experience in both customer success and sales, he is uniquely positioned to drive growth and build lasting relationships with clients.

With 30 years’ experience of HCM systems and business change management, Helen is an advocate of utilising technology to drive business transformation and innovate the employee and manager experience. Helen leads a team of highly professional and experienced consultants and project managers with a passion for delivering customer focussed solutions. Helen is with xcd for two reasons: we live our values for the way we interact with our customers, and because our Salesforce solution offers an intuitive and flexible solution that is a pleasure to work with. Away from her desk you’ll find Helen practising yoga or in a muddy festival field listening to live music.

Imran is proud to have been part of the xcd journey from its inception till date, starting as a technical consultant back in 2011 doing product implementations and then moving into the role of Product Manager, overseeing the product QA and releases and then progressing into the role of Head of Customer Release, managing upgrade projects and delivery of all our product releases to all our customers globally.

Outside of xcd, Imran loves cooking and creating amazing dishes.

Su Copley joined xcd in 2018 having enjoyed Senior Payroll roles across a range of diverse industries. Su demonstrates a positive attitude, a dedication to the task with attention to detail and confidence in her wealth of payroll and product knowledge. Su currently manages a team of professional payroll implementation staff at various stages in their careers, nurturing progression. Su is a payroll specialist who is ready to go the extra mile for her clients, with a desire to meet our clients individual needs to build and run an excellent payroll solution. In her down time, she enjoys walking her dog, Gracie, and spending time with family and friends.
