Our data processor is Pardot.

Should you wish for your data not to be processed by xcd through Pardot,  you have the right to object and can do so by contacting our Data Protection Officer here.

Should you unsubscribe from any email communications from xcd, your email address will remain on our system in a suppression list, which is used to ‘suppress’ future email messages to that email address.
